Mindfulness Meditation

Gentle yoga and then breath meditation followed by a reading or talk and discussion. New meditators will be guided during the meditation.

Every 2nd and 4th Wednesdy of September to June, beginning September 25th.

7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

$15 per session (drop-ins welcome). $10.00 per session if you register for any set of 6 sessions beginning September 25, January 8, and April 8 .

Benefits

If you attend a session, you can receive bi-weekly emails with links/talks about mindfulness meditation.

Please bring a yoga mat, if possible.

Chairs for meditation are available. If you'd like me to bring a cushion or bench for you, please send me an email.

Please do not park less than 5 feet from anyone's driveway.
